INTENTION:

To explore having a space where if you're wanting to have a DAILY Practice in your Self Optimization Sanctuary (SOS), you can find structure and support in doing so throughout the week by setting your intention and patterns of focus during this session.

CLASS STRUCTURE:

5 minute warm up

20 minute flow based on needs that have been e-mailed to me before session

2-5 minute break to answer any questions regarding the flow I did

20 minute flow repeats

The last 10 minutes will be attuning our hearts in a guided meditation I will take us through for 5 minutes and the last 5 minutes will be silent.
